you guys are always their whenever i need the assistant. I love Arvixe
serious service, after sales service very friendly and efficient
Been reliable and helpful
#1 - resolving the domain name and allowing me to start building within an hour was outstanding. I've gone years promising this to a client in 72 hours with confidence, usually providing within 24 when all goes perfect.
#2 - your ability to get the server adjusted for Dolphin is a selling point for me also. A provider I have trusted for 8+ years was unable to get it functioning in less than 12 hours, and not fully either. #3 - the low bandwidth I am allowed with this starter package is the deal killer. My eyes are wide open about the need to upgrade once operating. My plans still lead to utilizing a dedicated server within a year but I fully expected your introductry package to be able to handle me building the place first. Tech support first suggestion was an upgrade now, unexpected $600 expense+ my 2nd week in, that would get one of my clients to accuse me of shafting them and getting another webmaster. I won't diss your company to anyone, but I will not send a client here for the starter package.
Arvixe has provided extremely reliable and low cost service for my sites for over a year. I have absolutely no complaints and recommend Arvixe to anyone seeking a web host.
I am the founder of Logosoft sistemas, a small IT company. Our site has been hosted by many providers, with more or less good results. Last year we decided to give a try to Arvixe, and are very happy with this decision.
Almost no downtimes, fast response from technical support, Arvixe offers a big value for the money. Blog posts
