Mvoing to OnCloud has been a challenge for me, but Customer Support has been super helpful. They made my transition very easy.

full services solution for registereing and hosting a domain for business presence. good tech support by email and phone, always helpful, and almost always correct. only 2 problems in then past- transferring a domain over to myhosting was difficult due to incomplete help info, and my domain's email was screwed up for months in 2006 due to some big 'reset' i discovered months later.

I really like the Outlook Web Access and Postini filtering. MyHosting website is great for troubleshooting issues. Agents very friendly, easy to understand, short wait times.

Myhosting offers many different hosting plans for many different needs and prices. They have been helpful in answering questions and the servers have been up. No compliants. I had trouble logging in over a weekend, customer service folks quickly responded and helped me get done what I needed to do.

Interface is very user friendly. Always been able to manage my services such as setting up new email accounts easily. Simple to retrieve billing information past and future. Able to update credit card details. Ability to sign on through webmail to retieve messages when away from the office. Whenever I had questions my emails were answered promptly. Overall very satisfied.

Myhosting has provided a very stable website hosting with e-mail service with no downtime during the 5+ years I have been with them. I haven't had to use Customer Support much over the years. When I had questions, particularly at startup, help was given and questions were answered promptly.

Myhosting.com offers more space and bandwidth at a lower price than most offerings I considered. Support issues have always been attended to quickly and efficiently. The packages are conveniently structured and offer excellent variety. We have been hosting with myhosting.com for many years and plan to continue. We have no hesitation in recommending myhosting.com and mail2web.com to friends and associates.

Myhosting.com service has been very good. We have hosted with you since last 5years and at no time we have our website shutdown or visitors complained to us having difficulty in accessing it. My company website was formally contracted to a vendor who manages the hosting. No sooner I joned the company, I opted to host it directly without intermediary. The vendor had told me that the domain cannot be available for my company except we continue the hosting with him. Succour came when I log on for online customer support from my cpanel. The agents were able to guide me to require the vendor to use his admin e-mail to request for separation of account and I can host directly. Meanwhile, hosting period expired in the process and my website was never shutdown with over month. I appreciate for the knowledge and understanding.

My early problems were resolved quickly, intelligently and courteously. Since the service has been nearly flawless which is exactly what I wanted in a Microsoft Exchange service. It has been even more reliable than my experience at Microsoft! More importantly their customer service grasped the problems quickly without me having to go over and over what the nature of the problems were. I do a lot of troubleshooting myself so this is important. Tech support calls with other companies are invariably unending discussions where they completely ignore the information I give them, and instruct me to run ridiculous tests that are apparently in a script their reading.

I think one of their strong points is their customer service team. I contact support from time to time and am always very satisfied with the service. Especially for the price - their rates are incredibly reasonable. I have contacted support a few times over the years (I host about 10 websites with myhosting) and it has always been a pleasure. I've used both email, phone and chat, and all options had excellent reps that answered my questions easily. Sometimes my questions are about billing, sometimes about domain renewal, and recently about hosting.

Several times I needed some help and used the knowledge base, support via mail or live support. They all work great and are satisfactory for getting the problem solved in a very short time. The customer service agents I communicated with were all very friendly and really went for a solution for my problem. I never had the idea that support left me to deal with my problem myself. They handled it like you would expect your problem to be handled.

I would have to say that the reliability of service is the best thing that myhosting.com offers, second only to the pricing! You guys are awesome!Every time that I have called, my wait time has been minimal. When the service rep answers the call, they have been nothing but professional and courteous. I have never encountered an issue with my domain that they did not only solve, but did so with speed!

myhosting.com has hosted my website since before I knew what a website was. Over all of this time, they have provided excellent support and unblemished service. The self-help tools and control panel leaves nothing to be desired. I particularly enjoy the ability to use ASP on my main domain, and PHP on a subdomain. The email administration is straightforward and highly useful. Overall, I can't think of anything that I would change.I rarely interact with customer support, which is a good thing: as long as the site remains up and trouble-free, I prefer managing my own settings through the provided control panel. The few times that I have had to contact the support personnel, they have always been prompt and helpful.

I moved my blog to myhosting several years ago and I have not had any significant issues with site availability and uptime. All support interactions have been professional and responsive. Great customer service and reliable hosting at a competitive price. I have not had to make extensive use of customer support. I did have to transfer some domain name services and I moved two additional sites over to myhosting. Working with Customer Support has always been a very positive experience for me.

Excellent support and uptime (and the fact that you are a Canadian company) are the main reasons why I have stayed with myhosting the past 5 years. When I first signed up I was a new web designer and the support staff was extremely helpful and always answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Since I've started my freelance business I have always used myhosting for all of my hosting needs.

Fantastic customer service! There were times late at night where I had questions and there was always someone available to help. They were prompt, knowledgable and courteous.

I found the registration process very easy to use, the rates are reasonable, the site is always up, and I can get good statistics. I have *never* had any problems with their service, while I've heard horror stories about other ISPs.I had an issue with billing, because my credit card expired, and the new one had a different number, which caused me not to have access to some services. Customer Support was able to help me fix this problem with a quick email. I am very happy with their service.

We've had secure reliable service. The features available have been everything we needed, and made the job of establishing our first web presence an easy and rewarding effort. Our account was set up quickly, and our initial questions addressed rapidly both in the online help and support emails. I have a friend operating a similar type of site with another provider, and he has been facing constant security issues. Our "myhosting" site has never been hacked.

Myhosting has been a solid provider for my 5+ years hosted with them. I have had very little downtime and the features I need have always been available. I normally use Joomla to create and maintain my sites and I have had very little problems with Joomla and myhosting servers. All in all a great company to deal with.

These guys have quite affordable packages, and nice and efficient customer service and support.
Regarding stability, here and there, servers appear to be sluggish for an hour or two and there are sometimes delays in the mail system.
Special requests flexibility almost does not exist. Not exactly nice in this section :-(
But overall, I am pleased ! I get a nice value for my money.
