What Can I Say? PacificHost was one of the best web hosting service provider. I am very happy to be there client for past 3 months, I can say my ffmpeg site is getting proper stream, no error, even if i get any problems, they resolve it fast.

Although I am very new to PacificHost, so far the service and all round experience has been great. My previous host stopped offering Bi-annual hosting packages, which meant that the Yearly package was almost double, so I did my homework and PacificHost came out on top.
I have used both "Online Chat" and the "Support Ticket" system. Both were very fast, efficient, friendly and helpful and most important... FAST.
My sites seem to be loading a lot faster. If things continue this way, I will definitely purchase another account.
